Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PMI or PMP certification preferred).
5+ years of experience managing complex projects, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
Strong experience in planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
Experience with software development, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively under pressure.
Solid understanding of project life cycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
