Details:
Experience/Skills:
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background preferred
Bachelor/Associates degree in Engineering or related field
2-6 years of experience in controls or related fields
HVAC Controls: Strong background in HVAC systems and controls, especially from a
(ALC, OEM)
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to consult and troubleshoot with customers
Ability to work and code in programming tools (ex. SNAP OR C++)
Experience with HVAC control panels and programming temperature settings for
commercial HVAC systems
Ability to work with sales teams and provide technical guidance
Experience with software development, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively under pressure.
Solid understanding of project life cycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
